Baseline Testing: Track TT & Strength Testing

Track Testing followed by Canadian Strength Testing to Track Progress:
Track Testing:
3km for U16+
1 mile for U12/U14
800m for U8/U10
Strength Testing:
1 min on/1 min off (seeing how many of each exercise can be performed in 1 minute)
Pull-ups/Bent Arm Hang
Sit Ups
Push-ups
Box Jumps
Dips (feet elevated for U16+)
